UReach Café Sous-Chef

Full Time

UReach Café is looking for a Sous-Chef who will function as second in command, working directly under the Head Chef/Manager. The sous-chef will manage the other UReach Café kitchen members and ensure that the daily menus and tasks get accomplished. They will work alongside the Head Chef and assistant manager to ensure the café works within their budget and to maintain prices and menus current. Will also work with Head Chef on catering events and online orders. They must be able to lift heavy pots, and food boxes, place orders, and work in an environment of adaptability.
